Masked tanager
The masked tanager (Stilpnia nigrocincta) is a species of bird in the family Thraupidae. It is found in Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Peru, and Venezuela.
Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and heavily degraded former forest.

The Masked Tanager, Tangara nigrocincta, is a neotropical bird found in northwestern South America, where it typically forages in the Amazonian forest canopy (Isler and Isler 1999). The colors on this bird include black and various shades of green and blue, with a distinct black “mask,” giving this tanager its descriptive name. The Masked Tanager’s appearance and behavior are similar to those of the Golden-hooded Tanager (Tangara larvata) and the Blue-necked Tanager (Tangara cyanicollis); indeed it formerly was classified as conspecific with the Golden-hooded Tanager (Hilty and Brown 1986, Isler and Isler 1999).
